Data relating to gambling

Draft ANJ decision on a modification of the technical requirements for making data available, pursuant to Articles 31 and 38 of the Law of 12 May 2010

This draft decision introduces six amendments to the technical requirements for approved operators:

- the addition of a requirement for an explicit declaration of a foreclosure date for instant lottery games, in order to know the deadline for the claiming of any winnings;
- the addition of a specific XML tag in the structure of an existing sports betting event, allowing better monitoring of bets placed particularly in the context of single bets on multiple matches;
- the deletion of the mandatory character of the "pseudo" field in events relating to the player account, with the player ID being sufficient;
- amending the reasons for refusing access to player accounts for the purpose of simplification and updating;
- modification of the types of deposits to player accounts for the purpose of updating the types of deposits that are actually used,
- Addition of the cancellation reason "Latebet" in sports betting in order to guarantee a more precise use and avoid the use of the "Other" reason.
