Draft Regulation of the Minister of Energy on the method of sampling liquid fuels and liquid biofuels.

The Minister of Energy, pursuant to the authorisation conferred under Article 19(1) of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system for monitoring and controlling fuel quality, is obliged to determine methods for sampling liquid fuels and liquid biofuels, taking into account the methods set out in the relevant standards.

The draft regulation defines the method for sampling liquid fuels and liquid biofuels intended for the propulsion of vehicles.
