(Amended) product specification in the national quality scheme of High Quality Food (KMÉ) for preserves (jarred fruits) from stone fruits (foodstuffs preserved by heat treatment)
The product specification in the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme for preserves (jarred fruits) from stone fruits (foodstuffs preserved by heat treatment), previously notified under number 2024/712/HU, has been amended. Under the heading “Optional elements” in the Specific Certification Requirements, more precisely under subheading “II. Sustainability”, new points have been formulated for sustainability, significantly expanding the range of optional elements. In addition, the criteria for non-organic crop production have been specified in more detail in the technology-related requirements.
