Order on marketing and market monitoring of construction products

The order is based on the Construction Products Regulation from 2011. The order is being updated in connection with

the revised Construction Products Regulation from 2024.
The revised Construction Products Regulation is replacing the current regulation over a period of 10-15 years. Both
regulations will therefore apply concurrently for a number of years.
The current regulation based on the Construction Products Regulation from 2011 is maintained and revised with
amendments as a result of the revision of the Construction Products Regulation from 2024. The order is being revised on
the basis of the transitional arrangements between the two regulations. In addition, the order is being revised to remove
redundant requirements.
Notification has also been sent for the Order on the marketing and market monitoring of construction products in
accordance with the revised Construction Products Regulation (new order based on the Construction Products Regulation
from 2024).
