Direct pressed apple juice

(Amended) product specification for direct pressed apple juice under the national quality scheme of High Quality Food (KMÉ)

The product specification in the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme for direct pressed apple juice, previously notified under number 2023/495/HU, has been amended. Under the heading “Optional elements” in the Specific Certification Requirements, more precisely under sub-heading “II. Sustainability”, new points have been formulated for sustainability, significantly expanding the range of optional elements. In addition, the criteria for nonorganic crop production have been further specified in the technology-related requirements.
