(Amended) product specification in the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme for breads (made with an indirect sourdough method)
The product specification in the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme for Breads (made with an indirect sourdough method), previously notified under number 2025/200/HU, has been amended. Under the heading “Optional elements” in the Specific Certification Requirements, more precisely under sub-heading “II. Sustainability”, new points have been formulated for sustainability, significantly expanding the range of optional elements. In addition, the criteria for non-organic crop production have been further specified in the technology-related requirements.
