(Amended) product specification for Christmas fondant candy (confectionery products) in the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme

The product specification in the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme for Christmas fondant candy, previously notified under number 2024/538/HU, has been amended. Under the heading “Optional elements” in the Specific Certification Requirements, more precisely under sub-heading “II. Sustainability”, new points have been formulated for sustainability, significantly expanding the range of optional elements. In addition, the criteria for nonorganic crop production have been further specified in the technology-related requirements.
