Draft Royal Decree approving the regulation of the basic conditions of cognitive accessibility

The purpose of this regulation is to develop the basic conditions of cognitive accessibility, its requirements and application, in order to contribute to the exercise of the rights and duties of citizens, as well as to guarantee equal opportunities and non-discrimination for all people, and especially for people with cognitive difficulties, in the areas indicated in section 6.
