Order on the marketing and market monitoring of construction products under the revised Construction Products Regulation

The Construction Products Regulation has been revised. A new legislative decree has been issued based on the revised Construction Products Regulation from 2024.

The revised Construction Products Regulation is replacing the current regulation over a period of 10-15 years. Both regulations will therefore apply concurrently for a number of years.
This order is intended to ensure market control with the revised Construction Products Regulation from 2024.
Notification has also been sent on the Order on the marketing and market monitoring of construction products (revision of the current order based on the Construction Products Regulation from 2011).
